Pediatric Nurse

Nmble Medical Hiring Solutions is partnering with a leading pediatric healthcare organization in the Cincinnati area seeking compassionate, patient-focused Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional pediatric care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy safely and accurately Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to providers and care teams Support patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation within EMR/EHR systems Deliver compassionate, family-centered care while supporting positive patient experiences Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current BLS certification Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments Preferred Pediatric nursing experience PALS certification Experience with EMR/EHR systems Previous hospital, outpatient, or specialty pediatric experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
