About This Position

As Business Development Manager, you will:

• Identify and cultivate leads through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with BMK’s service offerings and brand values.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling, customized proposals.
• Leverage CRM tools and technology to manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Close new business at or above target margins and contribute to agency growth.
• Document and refine sales processes, helping to shape a scalable, high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• An active listener and skilled communicator
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms.
• Driven, confident, organized, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
• A collaborative spirit and a growth-oriented approach to challenges.
