Lead Quality Engineer

Leading the evolution of AI-first quality engineering practices, the full-time remote Lead Quality Engineer will manage automation, validation strategies, and scalable testing frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and delivery quality. Key responsibilities Lead and develop AI-first quality engineering practices across product and platform teams Drive shift-left engineering practices, including automation and continuous quality feedback Build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Playwright across UI and API layers Required qualifications Strong software engineering and quality engineering background with leadership experience Hands-on experience with Playwright and modern automated testing practices Experience building and scaling quality engineering processes in fast-moving product organizations Strong understanding of shift-left testing and engineering quality metrics Experience leading quality engineering teams in SaaS or cloud-native environments
