Front Desk Agent - Join the Adventure at El Capitan Canyon Resort! Nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, our resort is just 15 minutes north of Santa Barbara and offers guests a unique blend of nature, comfort, and adventure. What You'll Do Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answering questions and providing local recommendations Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, or Customer Service Experience Preferred Why You'll Love Working Here Work in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by nature Minutes from Santa Barbara beaches and wine country Join a supportive and passionate team Opportunities for growth and development Be part of creating unforgettable vacations for guests from around the world If you're ready to bring your hospitality skills to one of California's most unique resort destinations.
