Responsibilities Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans. Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. Help patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner in the community. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists. Hold a valid state license. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is desirable but not required.
