Are you a salesperson who enjoys working with customers but also likes creating your own opportunities?

Carpet City Flooring Center is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Marshfield team. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, following up with customers, and developing new business.

Flooring experience is not required. We'll teach you the industry.

Your primary workplace will be our Marshfield showroom, where you'll work with customers, prepare quotes, manage projects, and develop your sales pipeline. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your career by reaching out to prospective customers, reconnecting with past customers, building referral relationships, and meeting with local businesses and customers when appropriate.

On-Target Earnings: $50,000–$80,000+

You'll earn the higher of your guaranteed base pay or earned commission, giving you income stability while you build your career and the opportunity to earn more as your sales grow.
