Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer

Sonographer Opportunity At Lakes Regional HealthcareLake Regional Healthcare is currently seeking Sonographers to deliver the best possible care in LRH's patient-focused setting.Position HighlightsCasual as needed: 2-3 weekends in a 12-week timeframe / weekend coverage with call - Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM day shift and call until at least 8:00PM Sunday.SummaryPerforms quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures. Assists radiologist with ultrasound-guided interventional procedures. Able to assist fellow technologists with general diagnostic radiology in accordance with established standards and policies when the ultrasound schedule allows and as appropriate per licensure.Education And/Or ExperienceGraduate of an AMA approved ultrasound program or evidence of 3 years of ultrasound experience. Prior experience is preferred.Certifications, Licensure &/Or RegistrationsMust have and maintain registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in abdomen, and OB/Gyn. If registry eligible, complete ARDMS abdomen, OB/Gyn and vascular as specified per ACR requirements in accordance with Lakes Regional Healthcare accreditation process.
