Global HR Data & Analytics Analyst (Workday/Oracle)

Natixis

Natixis is seeking an HR Reporting & Analytics professional to produce scheduled and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards. You will ensure accurate HR data for Finance, Compliance, and CSR needs, while evaluating processes to improve efficiency through automation. The role includes data entry across Workday and TGRH and ongoing reconciliation to keep records aligned. The position begins in Paris for one month before relocating to Boston, with responsibilities spanning data quality, lifecycle #J-18808-Ljbffr
