About This Role
Covenant Christian Academy is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Lead Teacher for our K3 classroom. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment that supports the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic development of three-year-old children.
What You'll Do- Plan and implement age-appropriate daily activities and lessons.
- Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Guide children's social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administration.
- Maintain classroom organization and compliance with DSS regulations.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and other staff members.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Covenant Christian Academy.
