Architect

Sapp Design is seeking a full-time licensed Architect to become part of our team. The ideal candidate would have a professional degree, be licensed, with 3-10 years of experience, and have proficient skills in Revit, rendering, and a portfolio with completed commercial or public projects. Qualifications Accredited Degree in Architecture Licensed (required) Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering: Sketch-Up, Rhino, Enscape or other platforms. Ability to communicate ideas in a variety of graphic media including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency with Revit 2021, required. Strong verbal, organizational, and written communication skills. Strong consultant coordination, drawing, and design skills, including experience in the construction administration phase.
