Education/Experience: Degree in Polymer/Material Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering; Ph.D. preferred. Minimum qualifications: 5+ years industrial experience in product or application development; demonstrated leadership in product and applications development with global, multifunctional teams; experience in personal care & household care sectors. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal to moderate supervision. It involves significant travel mainly across North America and Europe. The candidate will collaborate with resources across functions, companies, and locations, leading projects accordingly.
