Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active PT license in Texas or a valid Compact License required to start the assignment. Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience in a long term care (LTC) or skilled nursing setting required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, document per facility and accreditation standards, and supervise ancillary staff as required by state law. Preferred: experience with discharge planning, quality improvement activities, and AIDET communication technique. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift Pattern: 8-hour days, 40 hours guaranteed. Assignment Duration: 13 weeks. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities per client needs.
