Test Engineer

GRVTY is seeking a Test Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA.

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Demonstrated experience in software testing, preferably with web applications.
• Demonstrated experience understandingof software testing methodologies, tools,and processes.
• Demonstrated hands-on experiencetesting applications built with React andTypeScript.
• Demonstrated hands-on experiencetesting Node.js server applications.
• Demonstrated experience or proficiencyin using advanced testing frameworks andtools such as Jest, React Testing Library,Cypress, or Playwright
• Demonstrated experience or proficiencyin using advanced testing frameworks andtools such as Mocha, Chai, Supertest,Postman, or Newman.
• Demonstrated experience or proficiencyin using advanced testing frameworks andtools such as Cypress, Playwright,Selenium WebDriver or Katalon Studio.
• Demonstrated experience understandingversion control systems (e.g., Git).
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CDpipelines and integrating automatedtesting into deployment workflows.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring theprogress of multiple concurrent and highlyvisible projects and requirements.

What Would be Nice to Have

• Demonstrated strong analyticaland problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience withadvanced knowledge of containerizationand testing in Dockerized environments.
• Demonstrated experience inaccessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe,Lighthouse).
• Demonstrated experience withElasticsearch Testing: Jest integration forElasticsearch.
• Demonstrated experience withmanual query validation.
