Contract Evening Shift LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shift at a 140‑bed skilled nursing and long‑term care facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. The role delivers medication, monitoring, and documentation to support resident health and wellbeing. The LPN works a 5x8 schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

2. Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team

3. Maintain accurate and timely documentation

4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

5. Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care

6. Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan
