- Leadership role: 70% clinical and 30% administrative responsibilities
- Join 11 orthopedic surgeons, 2 non-operative providers, and 13 dedicated APPs
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience required; service line growth experience preferred
- Favorable call schedule at 1:12
- Block scheduling offered for improved work-life balance
- Open to general orthopedic surgeons or fellowship-trained candidates
- Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation and sign-on bonus
