Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician to play a key role supporting a dynamic healthcare environment. Schedule:

• Day shift: Four 10-hour shifts (11:00 AM – 9:30 PM)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT), or eligibility for certification
• Proven knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and transfusion services
• Capable of performing high-complexity testing and troubleshooting instrumentation
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Process specimens promptly and efficiently according to laboratory protocols
• Perform and validate laboratory tests in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; follow procedures for calibration and quality control
• Accurately document and report results to healthcare providers
• Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education programs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient care
