Promotions Assistant

We are looking for an Entry Level Promotions Assistant to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness in a face to face field sales and marketing work environment. Paid training will be provided. The type of candidate we are looking for is excited about joining the workforce and will bring a fresh approach to our office vibe. You'll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. You'll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to drive sales. We'll turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Ultimately, you'll help us improve our company's reputation and drive growth and revenue.Promotions Assistant Tasks:Increase sales with strategic brand positioning and territory managementShape and communicate our vision and mission through public speaking and one-on-one presentationsTranslate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesManage a team of marketing people working on brand initiativesLead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimatesMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIsMonitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activitiesOversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activitiesMonitor product distribution and consumer reactionsDevise innovative growth strategiesAlign the company around the brand's direction, choices and tacticsRequirements and skillsAbility to receive xhyhwjd training and coaching in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsCan handle fieldwork and high volume of in person interactionStrong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindData-driven thinking and an affinity for numbersOutstanding communication skillsUp-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practicesDegree in marketing or a related fieldCan commute to Phoenix dailyIf you're creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we'd like to meet you!
