Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed PT
• Acute care/rehab experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 8-hour shifts.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks, with flexed days off if working the weekend.
• Floating: May cover both acute and rehab.
• Documentation system: Meditech.
• Equipment: Safe patient handling equipment and standard rehab equipment.
• Dress code: Eggplant colored scrubs.
