Compensation Manager

Develop and maintain career paths, job architecture and job leveling frameworks Guide preparation of job descriptions reflecting responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements Analyze, document and evaluate new and revised jobs to recommend grade level and FLSA status using market data and internal comparisons Review new hire, promotion and pay change inquiries and provide consultation based on pay philosophy, market data and pay trends Perform market analysis of job and compensation data and support annual enterprise-wide market assessments Participate in building and maintaining compensation pay structures Participate in administration of annual performance management, incentive and salary increase programs Assist in designing and building compensation metrics, reports and tools Determine eligibility for annual incentive, commission and merit increase plans Partner with HR partners and business leaders in union and non-union locations Monitor company programs for compliance with federal, state and local legislation Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ compensation experience required Prior HRIS Compensation module experience Ability to interact/collaborate with leaders and executives on compensation matters Comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter Ability to meet deadlines Excel experience creating analytical analyses of data, including pivot tables, charts and graphs Ability to analyze data and tell a story High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred SAP experience a plus Mathematical skills Oral and written communication skills Organizational skills Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in compensation analysis, job architecture, and market data evaluation, with strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
