Maintenance Coordinator

FieldBridge is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator in Northlake, IL to work for to work for one of the oldest and most iconic soft drink brands in the United States. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $20.00–$26.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available | Earn for example ~$1,100–$1,430/week gross at 50hrs with OT

Position Overview

The Maintenance Coordinator supports uninterrupted manufacturing operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective replenishment of maintenance parts and supplies. This role manages inventory, oversees the full procurement cycle, and maintains accuracy and organization of the parts room. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with SAP or a comparable CMMS and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full ordering cycle for stock and non-stock parts using SAP, including requisitions, vendor quotes, purchase orders, and shipment tracking
• Receive incoming materials, verify documentation, perform visual inspections, and update inventory records in SAP
• Maintain accurate parts inventory; conduct physical counts and stage parts for open work orders and maintenance projects
• Coordinate with preferred vendors to ensure proper stock levels and manage vending machine supplies in partnership with Grainger and others
• Track and report purchase order costs, ensure GL coding compliance, and collaborate with Finance and A/P to resolve shipment and invoice discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a maintenance support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with SAP or other CMMS systems highly preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs repeatedly
