Cella Restaurant is seeking a highly attentive, hospitality-driven support professional to join our team. This role is far more than a traditional host position—it is the nerve center of our service, requiring awareness, composure, and an intuitive sense of flow.

We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional guest experiences begin well before the table and continue long after the meal.

Availability: Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00pm–11:00pm

• A naturally warm, composed, and professional presence
• The ability to multitask by managing guests, reservations, phones, and service flow
• Strong attention to detail, with a habit of anticipating needs before they arise
• Clear, confident communication both in person and over the phone
• A sense of ownership over the guest experience from arrival to departure
• Comfort navigating reservation systems and structured service environments
• A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
• A genuine commitment to team success over individual tasks

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and timing. You will be responsible for guiding the rhythm of service—balancing reservations and walk-ins, supporting communication between front and back of house, and ensuring every guest feels acknowledged, prepared for, and cared for.

You notice the details others miss. You move with intention. You understand that small moments—how a phone is answered, how a table is set, how information is shared—define the entire experience.
