San Antonio Voice and ENT Institute, PLLC in San Antonio, TX is looking for one part-time medical/surgical assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be polite attentive, punctual, reliable and hard-working and have 3-6 months of experience.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Set up and sanitize of exam rooms
- Complete basic routine medical history
- Prepare patient charts
- Take Vital signs.
- Have knowledge and preferably some experience helping the physician in doing office procedures.
- Knowledge and experience regarding medications prior authorizations and refill requests.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a medical field
- Familiarity working with medical equipment
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Certifications and licenses that apply
- Should be Bilingual and Fluent in speaking Spanish.
