The Sales Support is responsible for partnering with the General Manager and Assistant GM to support all aspects of sales and after-sales successfully—all other duties as assigned by the General Manager.Job DutiesMaintaining an active presence on the sales floor.Identifying sales opportunities and collaborating with the team to enhance the experience.Providing insight and feedback on store performance and assisting with post-sales repair service.Supporting inventory maintenance, POS transactions, and daily, weekly, and monthly store preparations, and collaborating with team members to enhance the day's quality.Maintaining a database of candidates for store CRM and client capture.Making critical client decisions and running the business during the General Manager's absence.Supporting the annual sales goal. Ensuring the store is accurate at POS & Inventory.Supporting stock maintenance.Communicate business needs and identify areas for improvement/development.RequirementsLuxury Sales experience, preferably with shoes.Ability to ring sales.
