This role serves as a primary point of contact for Treasury Management servicing, leading client onboarding and ongoing training across a comprehensive suite of Treasury Management products and services. The associate applies deep product knowledge and a strong understanding of operational controls to support client needs, resolve complex service inquiries, and partner effectively with internal teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational integrity, adherence to risk and control standards, and the consistent execution and maintenance of Treasury Management procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience.Responsibilities:Lead client training and support post onboarding for Treasury Management services, including Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Information Reporting, Positive Pay, Lockbox and Commercial CardsExecute white-glove Treasury Management client service through phone and email case management, delivering timely, accurate, and high-touch supportCoordinate and support the delivery of Treasury Management products and services following implementation, ensuring completion within agreed upon time frames and in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsReview client documentation, due diligence materials, and service agreements for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to control standardsObtain required internal approvals for Treasury Management services and access, as applicableAnticipate client needs by proactively addressing questions and offering solutions to simplify and enhance the client experienceAssist with additional responsibilities as assigned, including contributing to the development and maintenance of reports, procedures, and process documentationQualifications:High school diploma3+ years' treasury management client services onboarding and trainingAdvanced knowledge of core treasury management products and servicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAxos Employee Benefits May Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings PlanEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed TradingAbout AxosBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
