Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Certifications NBRC (RRT)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment GRT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year. 1 reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 2 experience
• Additional Confirmations Experience with endotracheal tube/suctioning and extubation is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with nasal airway suctioning, oral airway placement, and oropharyngeal/suctioning is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with sputum specimen collection and tracheostomy/suctioning is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience administering Albuterol, Atrovent, and Combivent is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience administering Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, and Lidocaine is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience administering Nitric Oxide (INo), Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, and Xopenex is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with aerosol set up mask, aerosol set up trach, and metered dose inhaler delivery systems is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with hand held, T-piece, trach collar, and ultrasonic nebulizers is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with BiPAP and CPAP is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience troubleshooting high pressure alarms and weaning from mechanical ventilation is required.
• Additional Confirmations ABG interpretation is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
