About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans to promote health, independence, and well-being. Your expertise will be essential in managing the daily care needs of our residents, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
