Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is responsible for leading teams, driving productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, manage operations effectively, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
Lead daily shift operations and supervise warehouse staff
Conduct shift meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance feedback
Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork
Address employee concerns and maintain open communication
Operational Management
Monitor workflows and adjust resources to meet productivity and quality goals
Support staffing, scheduling, and labor planning activities
Track operational performance and implement improvements
Oversee inventory control and audit processes
Training & Development
Identify training needs and support cross-training initiatives
Provide on-the-job training for warehouse associates and forklift operators
Deliver consistent performance feedback to support employee growth
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Conduct safety observations and lead monthly safety meetings
Support a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
