Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This travel, temporary assignment starts on 10/01/2026 for 12 weeks in a long-term care setting. You will earn between $796 and $835 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is three 12-hour day shifts. This is a local-only assignment with ASAP start. Schedule has been updated to Friday, Sunday, and Monday to accommodate patient needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine direct nursing care to long-term care residents within the LPN scope of practice
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments and monitor for adverse effects
- Perform ongoing assessments, monitor vitals, contribute to care plans, and document changes for RN review
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and support their daily comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and infection control
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies following facility policies and procedures

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift schedule
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
- Local on-site availability for a travel assignment
