$30-$40 per Hour + Monthly Performance Incentives + Excellent Benefits.

BFS Fleet Service is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Service Advisor to join our growing team.

For more than 30 years, we've built our reputation by providing exceptional service to commercial fleet customers throughout Western New York. Operating from our recently expanded 30,000-square-foot facility with 26 service lifts , we continue to invest in our employees, equipment, and technology.

If you're an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys working with commercial trucks, diesel equipment, and professional fleet customers, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial fleet customers.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians to maximize shop efficiency.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed.
• Manage repair orders from check-in through delivery.
• Recommend preventative maintenance that minimizes customer downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation and repair order quality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a productive shop environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of Service Advisor or Service Writer experience.
• Heavy-duty truck, diesel, fleet maintenance, or commercial vehicle experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and experience with shop management software.
• Valid driver's license.
