Most growth leaders own half a funnel. Someone else runs the ads, someone else runs email, and the customer falls through the gap in between.

This role owns all of it.

Hi Skin runs nine facial studios across Houston, Phoenix, DC and Northern Virginia, with 5,000+ members. We’ve repositioned from a fast-facial chain to a skin health club built on 90-day training plans, monthly memberships, and visible results. We already drive more first-visit traffic than anyone in our category. Now we need one person to own the path from the first ad someone sees to the day they become a member, and to make sure nobody slips out along the way.

You’ll be measured on members acquired and what they cost. Clicks and leads only matter if they turn into members.

What you’ll own

• Paid acquisition. Meta, TikTok, Google, and local. You’ll own spend, audiences, creative testing, and cost per member by studio.
• The booking. Landing pages, offer testing, and booking conversion, plus abandoned-booking recovery across email, SMS, and retargeting.
• The show-up. Reminders, pre-visit trust-building, and no-show and late-cancel recovery.
• The close. The sale happens in studio after the first visit. You’ll set it up beforehand and follow through on every “not today” with post-visit nurture and retargeting until they come back.
• Retention. New-member onboarding, plan-to-membership conversion, freeze reactivation, and win-back.
• Measurement. A full-funnel scorecard by studio and channel showing where people enter, where they leak, and what it costs to turn a stranger into a member.

You might be a fit if

• You’ve owned a funnel end to end, not just the ads or just the email.
• You’ve managed real paid budgets and can explain what you cut and why.
• You’ve plugged specific funnel leaks and can show the before and after.
• You’re hands-on in Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify, and you can pull your own data. Experience with Boulevard or another booking platform is a plus.
• You’ve worked at a multi-location, membership, or subscription business (wellness, fitness, med-spa, or beauty is ideal, but not required).
• You’d rather ship three tests this week than present a deck next month.

Probably not a fit if you need an agency to execute or you measure success in impressions.

Comp: $100k–$125k base + bonus tied to cost per acquired member, volume and early retention
