We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will help customers have a positive experience by answering questions, providing helpful information, resolving routine concerns, and connecting customers with the appropriate resources.

This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous customer experience or call center experience is not required. Training and onboarding are provided. Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Assist customers with questions, requests, and general support needs.

Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.

Help customers understand products, services, policies, and available options.

Resolve routine customer concerns using established procedures.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate next steps.

Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team.

Follow up on customer requests when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.

Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.

Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Learn company systems, tools, and processes as part of ongoing training.

Qualifications
