Seeking a remote freelance Senior Digital Designer specializing in E-Commerce, this position will manage the design and optimization of e-commerce experiences, lead Figma initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for a 6-month term with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Drive continuous improvement of the e-commerce retail site design, including Homepage segmentation and weekly updates based on performance feedback Serve as the team's Figma lead by building and maintaining design systems, libraries, and standards while providing training to enhance team proficiency Design marketing landing pages across digital touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity while managing design-to-development handoff Required qualifications 5-10 years of experience in visual and digital design for web and mobile, with a focus on e-commerce Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-driven digital design and brand adaptation across web and landing pages Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries Experience in training or mentoring others in Figma with structured lessons or sessions Familiarity with project management software, such as WorkFront
