Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with varying needs and conditions

• Assist with vital signs, vital sign monitoring, and basic nursing care

• Participate in patient care conferences and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed
