Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Neuroscience - Cobenfy - Philadelphia, PA

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Psychiatry/Neuroscience for the Philadelphia area to drive adoption of company medicines among healthcare providers. The role combines field-based scientific engagement, account management, and cross-functional collaboration to build credibility with physicians and stakeholders while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS product indications within assigned territory to meet sales targets compliantly
- Build and maintain scientific expertise across all assigned products and therapeutic areas
- Conduct in-office presentations and speaker programs with healthcare providers on product information
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account plans using available tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams to optimize healthcare provider experience
Requirements
- Advanced degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales, MSL, or healthcare experience
- Ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
- Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers and office staff networks
- Neurology experience preferred
- Proven account management and sales performance meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and positive team mindset
