Project Manager - Transportation

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roadway and structural transportation projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide project status updates and resolve project-related issues.
• Coordinate project activities and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify project risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations.
• Support the planning, design, and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of transportation design experience.
• Experience with transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roadway design and structural projects.
• Experience with transportation agency projects preferred.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar engineering design software.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
