Asset Manager - Industrial Real Estate

SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is helping a rapidly-growing, national industrial real estate investment firm hire an Asset Manager . This individual will cover the full spectrum of asset management and platform operations - from tenant relationships and leasing to reporting, capital projects, and deal execution support - working directly alongside senior leadership. The Asset Manager will be based in Los Angeles and have a hybrid office schedule. Responsibilities Include: Asset Management - oversee portfolio performance and operational excellence. Leasing & Tenant Relations - drive customer service and support leasing efforts. Transactions & Capital Events - support deals from due diligence through closing. Platform Growth & Operations - help build and improve operational infrastructure.
