Job Description

This position begins with a 30-day period of working Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, solely focused on cleaning in the warehouse. Following the initial period, shift assignments will be evaluated based on needs, and employees will transition to a new schedule, continuing with cleaning duties for another 30 days. In the final 30 days, employees will participate in ride-alongs with other team members to become acclimated to additional job responsibilities. Successful completion of this 90-day period may lead to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse environment.

• Drive a 26ft box truck, requiring a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 39 months.

• Inspect and test equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

• Engage in ride-alongs with experienced employees to learn new roles and responsibilities.

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse operations.

• Experience in driving commercial vehicles, specifically a 26ft box truck.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and engage in physical activities.

• Capable of cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 39 months.

Work Environment

The environment is focused on repairing medical equipment, and employees are expected to engage in physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
