Siding and Roofing Account Manager - AZ

This role will require the ability to travel approximately 50% Responsibilities Develop regional territory sales plans with realistic territory potential, achievable targets and predictable revenue growth. Develop long-term new customer targets and strategic partnerships with actionable goals to attain their business. Develop strong relationships with siding and roofing vendors to obtain project lead opportunities. Participate in related construction association events to continue to develop current/new opportunities. Maintain current and accurate activities of sales efforts through BrandSafway CRM interface ( Salesforce ) Understanding of specifications/project drawings within division 7 siding and roofing scope of work. Coordinate with estimating team to deliver requested proposals to meet the customer’s request. Follow-up on proposals to customers in a convincing manner and respond to customer questions and/or objections to secure the sale. Maintain awareness of competitor’s sales efforts and programs in the assigned regional territory.
