*** Pharmacist – 40hrs. Days/Eves Rotate ***Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm or 2:30pm to 11:00pm. Unit Name: Salem Pharmacy. Brief Unit Description: Inpatient Pharmacy. Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience. Skill Sets Required: Ability to review and interpret medication orders for safety and efficacy, oversight of pharmacy technician work (medication dispenses, IV compounds), attention to detail. Education Required: Pharmacy degree required. Patient Population: Newborn through geriatric. Medical and behavioral health. EMR (Charting System) & Equipment Used: Epic, Omnicell Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, Days/Eves. Certification Required: MA Pharmacist License.
