Supporting high-volume recruitment for US-based accounts, the part-time Associate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding, all while working remotely from the Philippines during overnight hours. Key responsibilities Screen and qualify candidates for US-based roles using various sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage high-volume candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate records Calibrate with recruitment leaders to understand role profiles and support compliance with onboarding requirements and US hiring guidelines Required qualifications At least 6 months of recruitment experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment, preferably in BPO or healthcare Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions Professional, adaptable, and goal-oriented, with strong written and verbal English communication skills
