We are specifically looking for someone with 5:30am - 2pm availability.

At Chick-fil-A, our Managers are hands-on leaders. You’ll work alongside your team, create great experiences for our guests, solve problems, develop people, and help drive the success of the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team during busy restaurant operations
• Coach, encourage, and develop team members
• Create an exceptional experience for every guest
• Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Keep the team organized, motivated, and moving with purpose
• Solve problems and make decisions in real time
• Help train and develop future leaders
• Communicate effectively with team members and other leaders
• Help achieve restaurant goals for quality, service, speed, and performance
• Set the example for positivity, accountability, teamwork, and work ethic

Previous restaurant or leadership experience is a plus, but  we hire for character and potential, too. If you have the right attitude and a desire to lead, we can teach you the business.
