Mobile Maintenance Technician

Facilities Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated facilities technician to join our team at a private country club golf course. This role involves performing facilities maintenance, including preventative maintenance and minor repairs on kitchen equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general property upkeep.ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Perform mechanical tasks, with some electrical work, excluding live electrical tasks.Maintain and repair carpentry features on the property.Provide excellent customer service while interacting with private club members.Assist in fabrication and welding tasks as required.Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.Essential Skills1+ years of experience with kitchen equipment, preferably in a commercial/retail setting.5+ years of experience in refrigeration.5+ years of experience in HVAC.Strong customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHVAC experience with EPA certification is a plus.Experience in plumbing and carpentry to maintain basic facilities.Knowledge of electrical maintenance and repair.Why Work Here?This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity based on your attendance and performance.
