Job Summary Greet guests with a smile and accurately take their orders and payments. Inside and outside (drive‑up) positions are available. Take phone or catering orders to help customers plan special events. Provide completed orders by calling out numbers with a rhyme (#29, it’s time to dine!). Prepare food to high‑quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace. Cook food to order, such as Italian beef, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more. Follow provided recipes and uphold Portillo’s standards. Ensure proper sanitation practices are in place. Responsibilities Greet guests and take food orders accurately. Handle payments and give out orders by calling out numbers. Prep and cook menu items to ensure quality and freshness. Follow recipes and maintain a clean workspace. Adhere to sanitation practices. Serve phone and catering orders. Qualifications Must have worked at Portillo’s for at least one year, averaging a minimum of 20 hours over six months. Military veterans are encouraged to apply. Flexibility to work nights, outside the kitchen in cold temperatures, and holidays is required. Benefits Base pay $14.25 per hour.

• 2 per hour for all hours after 11pm.
• 2 per hour for work outside in temperatures below 33°F.
