Caregiver Needed

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to join our family’s support team. This is a part-time position , and must include one weekend day .

About the Role

You will be assisting a sweet, 90 pound teenager who uses a wheelchair and needs help with daily living activities. We’re looking for someone who brings patience, kindness, and a caring spirit to their work. *Note that this position is not for Trinity Life at Home but will be for a private family.

Responsibilities

Assist with all activities of daily living , including:

Dressing
Bathing
Toileting

Safely transfer a 90 pound teenager from wheelchair to bed
Drive to physical therapy (Transportation provided)
Provide companionship and supportive care
Maintain a safe, clean environment

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual
Caring, compassionate personality
Comfortable with hands-on personal care
Ability to safely perform physical transfers
Credentials including CPR/First-Aid, TB Screen, Driver's License, MVR
