Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist

Calmera Massage on Grand | Saint Paul, MN

Calmera Massage on Grand is looking for a skilled, reliable, and client-focused Massage Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

We are a boutique spa located on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul , offering a relaxing, elevated environment focused on quality treatments and a personalized guest experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• 25% commission on services

• W-2 employee position

• Tips are additional — and our clients tip well

• Our massage therapists currently earn approximately $33.75–$94.50 per massage with commission and tip combined , depending on the service and gratuity

• Part-time

• Flexible scheduling

• We are especially looking for availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays

• Availability on multiple of these days is preferred

• No requirement to stay at the spa when you are not booked

Modalities We’re Looking For

Experience in the following is preferred:

• Swedish Massage

• Deep Tissue Massage

• CBD Massage

• Lymphatic Drainage Massage

We are also very open to therapists who offer additional massage modalities or specialties .

Simple, Service-Focused Role

We want our massage therapists to focus on what they do best: providing an excellent service to their clients.

Your responsibilities are limited to:

• Providing your scheduled massage services

• Preparing your treatment space for your appointment

• Resetting and cleaning your treatment area after each service

That’s it.

We take care of the laundry , and there are no additional front-desk, administrative, sales, or spa-management responsibilities expected from you.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional massage therapy training and appropriate credentials

• Strong massage technique

• Ability to customize treatments based on each client's needs

• Friendly, dependable, and professional

• Excellent client care and communication

• Interest in building repeat clientele

• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team

• Comfortable participating in occasional promotional videos is a plus, but not required

• Any promotional/video work requested outside of regular massage services is paid separately
