The LDRPN Nurse plays a vital role in supporting patients and families through some of life’s most meaningful moments. What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, holistic nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to assess patient and family needs Develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes Deliver safe, evidence‑based care with strong clinical judgment Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Foster a supportive, family‑centered experience for every patient Uphold St. Peter’s Behavioral Standards through professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence Available Care Tracks OB Track Provide care for: Laboring and antepartum patients Postpartum couplet care Cesarean section circulating responsibilities (within 6 months of hire) Pediatric Track Provide care for: Neonatal patients Postpartum couplet care Pediatric patients What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–2 years as an OB Registered Nurse (preferred) Education: Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing Licenses & Certifications: Current Montana Registered Nurse license and BLS certification required OB Track: NRP, ACLS, and STABLE certification required within 12 months of hire; Basic fetal monitoring at 6 months, intermediate fetal monitoring at 1 year, and intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring every 2 years thereafter Pediatric Track: NRP and STABLE certification required within 12 months of hire; PALS certification required Grow Your Career With Us After two years of experience, the following certifications are strongly encouraged: OB Track: Inpatient OB Certification, Lactation Certification, and optional Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Pediatric Track: Pediatric Certification and Lactation Certification Why Join St. Peter’s?
