Position Type: Full-time Pay starting at $16/hour Leader Responsibilities: Ability to lead shifts in both FOH and BOH Engagement and participation in day to day operations in a high volume, fast paced restaurant Create a great experience for guests and team members Set the tone for the business through consistent attitude and effort Work well with fellow leaders and team members in pursuing operational excellence Availability to open or close, lead shifts, key holder Qualifications and Requirements: At least 18 years of age upon hire date Ability to connect with guests and team members effectively Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong commitment to serving guests and team member effectively Ability to lead self and others, including coaching team members Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required Strong culture and work environment Flexible scheduling (closed on Sundays) Leadership development with an experienced Operator and Leadership Team Intentional growth and development Free Tuition available through University of the Cumberlands This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A® Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator.
