Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance, repair and inspection activities. Document and track all activities. Execute hands‑on maintenance, repair and project inspections as required. Investigate, identify, troubleshoot and resolve equipment and systems problems Generate site inspection reports and recommended action plans as needed Verify that DDC and data acquisition systems are collecting M&V trend data as needed. Collect trend data and transit to the M&V department Assist in the preparation of subcontractor scopes for maintenance and repair bids. Maintain and update project folders and files in a neat and orderly fashion Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Operations manager Works under moderate supervision to perform on‑site field service directly to customers regarding installing, updating, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing of equipment to meet customer requirements. Installs, tests, services and repairs moderately complex equipment to conform with company operating specifications and customer requirements. Performs moderately complex on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation. Inspects equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning and provides moderately complex repair services as needed. Analyzes test readings, computer printouts, and trouble reports to determine equipment repair needs. Monitors security stock level, timely ordering and delivery of inventory to work sites. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of HVAC controls experience HS Diploma Possess and maintain valid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by our company’s insurance carrier Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs Preferred Qualifications Associate degree #LI-On-site
