Production Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for a Production Analyst at our Carrington, ND durum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta.ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, or monitor production and work order schedules in the ERP system.Enter purchase orders for packaging materials, ingredients, and supplies.Support accurate and timely work order completion and closure in the ERP system.Basic reports related to inventory, work orders, and production performance.Investigate work order variances and identifying data or process discrepancies.Help maintain accurate bills of materials and material assignments to work orders.Support production, materials, and leadership teams regarding plant priorities.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.Crosstrain in basic materials and planning tasks to provide coverage and operational support.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience & Education/TrainingHigh school diploma or GED required0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, or data-related roles preferredBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as neededKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards/IFS preferred)Strong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasksBasic analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to sit for extended periods and work at a computerAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistanceAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills throughout the shift
