Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, system administration, or supporting Oracle EPM or similar planning tools Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, and business teams Preferred: Experience with Oracle EPM modules Familiarity with Smart View or data integration tools Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP systems Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model.
